Ralph VogelOne club. Thirty-one years.
Asked the board to put me through a coaching course. Answer, in full: "We are afraid we just don't have the confidence in you at the moment. We want to see you improve before granting this request." So I need to improve, and to improve I need the course, which I can have once I've improved. Job security on the same page: "Precarious". Four months in, at the club I was born next to. Fine.
